Depending on the amount of work we might decide to skip a July issue. We’ll be sure to include a more in-detail piece about the server failure in the next newsletter. With the work of the server failure we’ve got our hands full. Once we get that far, we’ll do our best to make sure any premium users can recover their premium status without added costs. But unless we find something more recent, there might be some accounts lost. So far we’ve found some old backups, so we’re not starting from scratch. We currently have no idea what we are and aren’t going to find, and thus we have no idea how long it will be untill we have TSM running again. All three of the 120GB SSD’s that were running TSM have been damaged beyond repair and data recovery proved to be impossible.Ĭurrently we’re focusing our efforts on both recovering what we can ourselves and setting up a new hosting service. Our hosting service experienced a hardware failure. EDIT: As of 08:00 UTC+2 July 11th everything is back online and running normally - your TSM desktop applications should now be receiving pricing updates again.
